Yummy Food!

The best thing about a pumpkin, are the seeds inside! I love roasted pumpkin seeds. It's the best fall tradition around my house! Here's my YUMMY FOOD recipe for Roasted Pumpkin Seeds.

Clean and air-dry pumpkin seeds; Preheat over to 250 degrees.

1/2 stick of butter (melted)
2-3 tablespoons of steak seasoning (or any multi-purpose seasonings)
1 tablespoon of pumpkin spice (which is cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice)

Coat the seeds in the melted butter and seasonings.
Place on a cookie sheet and put in the oven for about 1.5 hours. Stir every 30 minutes. Seeds should be dry and crunchy! We eat them whole!

Enjoy!
