I just opened "Make Photo Creations" in elements, and selected the 9 photo layout. Added the frame and shadow and then tilted/arranged the pictures. Saved it as a jpeg, then opened it in Scrapbook Factory Deluxe - and added the text! :)
So, see, I really don't know how to do anything other than that.
Looks like a fun time ... I like how you did this collage ... and you say you don't know how to use Elements ...
