Blog entries about Spring Break are abounding and well, I'm no different.Spring Break couldn't have come at a better time, what with the time change and all. At least we'll have a week to adjust to the new time. For that, I'm a grateful.
Outside the birds are chirping, the cows are in the pasture and the sky is cloudless. What a splendid morning. Now, if I only didn't have that pesky dentist appointment this morning, it would be the beginnings of a perfect day.
This week, I vow to have fun, not spend an inordinate amount of time on the computer, to play outside whenever I am asked to and to take my girls to the Dollar Tree to spend some saved up money. I'm also going to throw in a playdate (or two) in there and a Mommy's Night Out of shopping and ice cream with my best friend from Houston.
