What's your luxury?

On Survivor, you are allowed to take with you one luxury item of choice. The luxury item may not be any type of survival item, such as a Swiss Army knife, tent, or matches. What would your luxury item be and why?

My luxury item would be Mary Kay Timewise Cleanser.
