Most of y'all know we don't celebrate or participate in Halloween at our house. But, we LOVE roasted pumpkin seeds. So, each year, I buy the girls a pumpkin and we carve out a happy face. But, the best part is roasting the seeds!

Here's how I do it!
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp seasoned salt
Mix above ingredients with seeds until coated. Spread on cookie sheet and roast on 250 degrees until dry (approximately one hour) stirring every 15-20 minutes.
1 of you are mildly amused:
AWWW bless Elisan - she looks like its the WORST thing she ever laid her hands on... SOOO FUNNY.
I remember Elias last year making his FIRST Jack-o-Lantern - he immediately called it pumpkin-brain when he scooped it out - boys are gross aren't they???
Sounds like a treat - must try that recipe one day. We make soup of the inside - but normally binned the seeds - NO more of that... THANKS
